Refund Policy
Reservation Confirmation

Once your name is submitted to Vidanta for the reservation, it becomes final in their system.

No date changes, unit changes, or cancellations are allowed after this point except as noted below.
Cancellation Window

Receive a full refund for cancellations made at least 60 days before check-in, no refund 40 days before check-in
No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date and do not notify me in advance, the reservation will be canceled by Vidanta, and the rental payment will be fully forfeited.
Force Majeure

No refunds for cancellations due to personal emergencies, weather, or travel disruptions unless Vidanta officially closes the resort or cancels the reservation.

In the case of resort closure, all amounts paid will be refunded in full.
Guest Substitution

You may substitute another guest name up to 30 days before check-in.

Guest certificate/transfer fee: (Vidanta’s current guest letter fee at the time of change).
Resort Rules Compliance

All guests must follow Vidanta resort policies and occupancy limits (8 people max in your Estates unit).

Eviction or denied entry due to policy violations will result in no refund.
