Refund Policy

Reservation Confirmation

  • Once your name is submitted to Vidanta for the reservation, it becomes final in their system.

  • No date changes, unit changes, or cancellations are allowed after this point except as noted below.

Cancellation Window

  • Receive a full refund for cancellations made at least 60 days before check-in, no refund 40 days before check-in

No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date and do not notify me in advance, the reservation will be canceled by Vidanta, and the rental payment will be fully forfeited.

Force Majeure

  • No refunds for cancellations due to personal emergencies, weather, or travel disruptions unless Vidanta officially closes the resort or cancels the reservation.

  • In the case of resort closure, all amounts paid will be refunded in full.

Guest Substitution

  • You may substitute another guest name up to 30 days before check-in.

  • Guest certificate/transfer fee: (Vidanta’s current guest letter fee at the time of change).

Resort Rules Compliance

  • All guests must follow Vidanta resort policies and occupancy limits (8 people max in your Estates unit).

  • Eviction or denied entry due to policy violations will result in no refund.
