How It Works: Booking Your Stay

Submit a Reservation Request

  • We offer two simple ways to reserve your stay:

  • Renter-Requested Week – You tell us your preferred dates and Property, and we check availability.

  • High Season (“Red Weeks”) – Reservations open 1 year in advance (November, December, January, February, March, April, and major holiday weeks). Early booking is essential.

  • Non-High Season – Requests can be made 6–8 months before your desired dates.

  • Pre-Selected Available Weeks – We keep a list of weeks we’ve already reserved and are ready to rent. These can be booked immediately with no waiting for availability checks.

Availability Confirmed & Contract Sent

  • For renter-requested weeks, we confirm with the resort before proceeding.

  • For pre-selected weeks, we simply confirm they’re still open.

  • In both cases, we send you a rental agreement detailing your booking, payment deadline, and policies.

Complete Payment to Confirm

  • Full payment is required within 5 days of confirmation.

  • Your reservation is held exclusively for you once payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

  • Receive a full refund for cancellations made at least 60 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations made within 40 days before check-in.

Reservation Name Change

  • Once payment is complete, your name is placed on the resort’s reservation for check-in.

  • Arrive during your confirmed week and enjoy the exceptional luxury, comfort, and amenities of The Estates.

Quick Steps

  • Pick your week — either from our available weeks list or request your own dates.

  • We confirm availability & send your rental agreement.

  • Pay in full within 5 days.

  • Cancellation rules apply.

  • We update the resort reservation in your name.

  • Check in & enjoy your stay.
